Before purchasing, we recommend contacting your computer manufacturer's support to confirm whether your Thunderbolt or USB4 port firmware has been adapted for the ASM2464 controller.
If the support team cannot provide a clear answer or indicates that no adaptation has been made, there is a high probability of compatibility issues.

Thunderbolt 5 ports are backward compatible with Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, and USB4. However, functionality still depends on the host's firmware adaptation for the JHL9480 controller.
