Q: Is the Windows OS English version? Is it international version?
Can you change language into English / Russian / Spanish?
A: It is with Windows 10 Home edition, Chinese language pack originally.
We are not able to change language before shipping, because all packages are sealed originally.
You must re-install windows system to alter language by yourself.
Q: Do you have EU / UK / AU plug converter into package?
A: It is originally US Plug. We will add a free EU / UK / AU plug converter into package.
Q: Can you engrave Russian / Cyrillic letters? Do you have Russian / Spanish / French / AWERTY keyboard layout?
A: It is English keyboard layout originally. We can not engrave Cyrillic letters or change keyboard layout.
