For samples, we usually arrange FedEx or DHL. For goods over 100 sets, we will suggest customers to choose air freight, which is more cost-effective.
6.What is the lead time?
The delivery time for samples is 7 days, 10 days for 50 sets, and 15 days for more than 100 sets.
About warranty
The warranty period for Minisforum products is 24 months. 1-month machine warranty, 24-month hardware warranty. In each case, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. We will provide perfect after-sales service.
