I still haven't received my order. I've tried to track it and have barely seen any updates. When I emailed the company about the order I haven't received any information more than the shipping is slow. No real reasons for delay of my shipment. Especially when my order shipped 17 days ago, and 11 of those days in the USA in a city 6 hours from my location. The last tracking update I've seen is my order leaving a city 3 hours from my location 3 days ago. I've never had any item move that slow in the US. The last 2 emails I sent to the company weren't responsed to. I'm honestly not sure when or if my item will arrive. If I had some reasonable feedback from the company I would feel better. To be left in the dark without any explanation of the delays have made my experience a one and done with the company.

The controller works perfectly.
The sanded finish provides both grip and comfort, delivering a solid and secure hold. Even during long gaming sessions, it never tires your hands. The button layout is well thought-out, especially the analog sticks and D-pad, which offer precise input with smooth operation and just the right amount of rebound. Action and fighting games feel particularly enjoyable with this controller. The wireless connection is incredibly stable, with virtually imperceptible lag, making racing and shooter games highly responsive.
The controller feels good, from what I had researched it's an improved version of the original in almost every way and has better implementation of the different features such as the tmr trigger and the joysticks themselves. The issue I found that was not obviously apparent and had no notations anywhere was that you cannot use the English APP for the controller because it's not supported by the English version. I think that itself is a bit of an oversight and took me a bit of time to get into the Chinese app and get translation to make any adjustments I wanted to the item. Hopefully they eventually add English support itself. (Aurora Blue Version Only)
