CHERRY XTRFY has officially announced the release of its latest mechanical keyboard, the PIXIU99 MONARCH. This new model combines advanced components and refined craftsmanship, aiming to deliver high responsiveness, versatile connectivity, and a solid structural design for both gaming and productivity.
The PIXIU99 MONARCH uses CHERRY’s third-generation MX mechanical switches, which are designed to improve precision, consistency, and durability over previous versions. The switches are paired with a Nordic nRF54H20 multi-protocol SoC, providing stable wireless performance and efficient power management across different connection modes. This integration helps maintain low latency and reliable signal strength whether the keyboard is used in wired, 2.4GHz wireless, or Bluetooth operation.
The PIXIU99 MONARCH introduces an open internal layout that sets it apart from traditional mechanical keyboards. Instead of relying on a fully enclosed base, it uses a semi-open frame that helps improve acoustic control and manage internal vibrations more effectively.
