Intel has officially introduced its new Twin Lake architecture at CES 2025, marking a significant advancement in its processor lineup. The Twin Lake platform, designed as the successor to Alder Lake-N, brings enhanced performance and efficiency, setting a new benchmark for low-power processors.

Chuwi, a well-known manufacturer of affordable laptops and tablets, revealed yesterday evening its plans to launch two new products featuring the Twin Lake N150 processor: the MiniBook X convertible laptop and the Hi10 X1 2-in-1 Windows tablet.

Twin Lake N150 Processor Details

The Twin Lake N150 processor comes with 4 cores and 4 threads, offering a turbo frequency of up to 3.6 GHz. Built on Intel's 7 process, this chip demonstrates considerable improvements over its predecessor, the Alder Lake-N N100. According to Intel's internal testing, the Twin Lake N150 delivers a 33% boost in Cinebench R23 multi-core performance and an 11% improvement in 3DMark graphics performance, making it an attractive option for portable devices requiring a balance of performance and power efficiency.
