AOOSTAR Expands G-FLIP Mini PC Lineup with Intel Core Ultra “Meteor Lake” Models
AOOSTAR has announced two new additions to its G-FLIP Mini PC series, introducing Intel Core Ultra processors to the lineup. The new models, G-FLIP125 and G-FLIP155, adopt the same compact design as the earlier AMD-powered G-FLIP370 while bringing Intel’s latest “Meteor Lake” architecture to the platform.
The Aoostar G-FLIP125 is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processor, while the G-FLIP155 features the more powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 155H. Both processors are part of Intel’s new mobile lineup, delivering improved power efficiency and integrated AI acceleration capabilities.
The chassis maintains the recognizable aluminum alloy construction, measuring 130 × 130 × 67 mm with an overall volume of approximately 1.1 liters. Thermal management is handled by a combination of a heatsink and fan cooling system. Like its predecessor, the top of the device incorporates a 5-inch flip-up touch display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 at 60Hz. This secondary screen allows for system monitoring, quick controls, and other customizable functions.
For memory and storage, the G-FLIP125 and G-FLIP155 support dual DDR5 SODIMM slots and dual M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD slots, offering significant expandability for a device of this size. Wireless connectivity is provided via a Wi-Fi 7 module, ensuring high-speed wireless networking capabilities.
The Mini PCs also come with a comprehensive set of external interfaces. On the top, there is an integrated power switch with fingerprint recognition. The front panel includes a 3.5mm audio jack, two USB-A 10Gbps ports, one USB-C 40Gbps port, and a reset button. The rear panel provides a DC-in connector, one USB-C 40Gbps port, two 2.5GbE RJ45 network ports, one HDMI output, one OCuLink port, and two additional USB-A 10Gbps ports.
Pricing for the G-FLIP125 and G-FLIP155 barebone kits is set at 2,999 yuan and 3,699 yuan respectively. Based on current exchange rates, this translates to approximately $415 USD for the G-FLIP125 and $510 USD for the G-FLIP155. The earlier AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370-powered G-FLIP370, which shares the same form factor, is currently listed at about $590.
The introduction of Intel Core Ultra options in the G-FLIP series gives users more flexibility in choosing between AMD and Intel platforms while retaining the compact footprint and secondary display functionality that have become the hallmark of AOOSTAR’s G-FLIP lineup.
