Beelink Introduces ME Series NAS-Type Mini PCs, Starting with ME Mini

Beelink has officially launched the first product in its new ME series of NAS-style mini PCs. The ME series includes three models: ME mini, ME Pro, and ME MAX. The ME mini is the first to be released, with a design tailored for network-attached storage (NAS) applications and other light computing tasks.

The ME mini is compact in size, measuring 99×99×98.3mm and weighing approximately 730 grams. It features a built-in power supply and is offered in three color options: pearl white, peacock blue, and midnight gray. The design prioritizes space-saving while maintaining expandability for users looking to build a home server or compact file storage solution.

Powered by the Intel N200 processor based on the Alder Lake architecture, the ME mini is equipped with LPDDR5 4800MHz memory. By default, the unit comes with 12GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in eMMC storage, which is primarily intended for system installation. There is no hard drive included, but users can expand storage through six SSD slots.

Out of the six available M.2 SSD slots, one operates at PCIe 3.0 x2 speeds, while the remaining five use PCIe 3.0 x1 lanes. This configuration allows users to scale storage capacity based on specific needs, whether for large media libraries, backup systems, or cloud storage setups. The system supports up to 24TB of total storage using solid-state drives.

Connectivity options include two USB-A ports, one USB-C port, an HDMI output, and dual 2.5G Ethernet ports. The device also supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless connectivity. With the dual LAN ports, users can configure link aggregation or use the device for routing and other networking tasks.

Cooling is handled by Beelink's new "penetrating heat dissipation" system, which helps maintain drive temperatures below 45°C. The ME mini uses a cylindrical heat sink and solid-state design, which contributes to low operating noise levels, reportedly around 32dB. The absence of mechanical components further reduces the risk of failure in 24/7 operations.

The mini PC comes with a built-in 45W power supply and supports automatic startup upon receiving power. This feature is especially useful in remote or unattended setups, where power recovery behavior is important.

Beelink has also developed a storage management application for the ME series, allowing users to manage storage drives and monitor system status more easily. With support for NAS, virtual machine hosting, HTPC use, cloud storage, and data backup, the ME mini is aimed at users who want a compact, quiet, and customizable solution for home or small office environments.

The ME mini is now available for purchase, while the ME Pro and ME MAX models are expected to follow later this year.
