RAIJINTEK Expands Into Peripheral Market with MGA-68 Magnetic Switch Mechanical Keyboard
RAIJINTEK, a company previously focused on electromechanical products, has officially announced its entry into the peripherals market with the launch of the MGA-68 magnetic switch mechanical keyboard. This new venture marks a significant shift in the company’s product strategy, aiming to cater to enthusiasts and gamers alike.
The MGA-68 keyboard features the ISO layout, which is less common in gaming keyboards but highly valued in certain regions. The product will be available in three language versions: English, German, and Italian. With its compact 69-key 65% layout, the keyboard is designed to save desk space while maintaining essential functionality. The device boasts CNC-processed aluminum upper and lower covers, lending it a premium build quality and durability. For connectivity, it is equipped with a USB-C interface and supports an 8000Hz polling rate, ensuring responsive input during intense use.
A notable feature of the MGA-68 is its hot-swappable design, which allows users to customize their typing experience by easily replacing switches without soldering. The keyboard is equipped with south-facing ARGB lighting, offering customizable illumination to enhance the aesthetics of any setup. At its core, the MGA-68 uses proprietary Hejin 50M magnetic yellow switches, which provide a highly adjustable trigger key travel ranging from 0.1mm to 3.7mm. These switches also feature a sensitivity of 0.01mm, allowing for precise actuation tailored to the user’s preference. Complementing the switches are durable PBT keycaps, known for their resistance to wear and smooth texture.
In addition to its main features, RAIJINTEK includes several accessories with the keyboard. The package comes with a spiral Type-C to Type-C+A cable for connectivity, a keycap puller for maintenance and customization, and two replacement magnetic switches to enhance longevity and flexibility.
The MGA-68 keyboard signals RAIJINTEK’s commitment to diversifying its product lineup while maintaining its focus on quality and innovation. This entry into the peripherals market is expected to attract attention from users seeking unique layouts and cutting-edge features.
