Thunderobot MLX Ultra-Lightweight Gaming Mouse Launches with PAW3950 Pro Sensor and 8KHz Polling Rate
Thunderobot has announced the release of its latest gaming peripheral, the MLX ultra-lightweight mouse. The new model focuses on delivering high precision and comfort in a compact and minimal design. At just 39 grams, the MLX positions itself as one of the lightest mice currently available in the gaming segment, aiming to meet the demands of competitive players who prefer swift and effortless movements.
The MLX gaming mouse is designed with an asymmetric ergonomic mold tailored for right-handed users and optimized for small to medium hand sizes. Its light structure reduces the strain on the wrist during long sessions while maintaining a firm and balanced grip suitable for fast-paced gameplay. The outer shell features a Tcoating oil-resistant surface that offers a smooth texture and prevents slipping, maintaining comfort even after extended use.
In terms of internal components, the Thunderobot MLX is powered by the PixArt PAW3950 Pro optical sensor, a performance-grade sensor known for its tracking accuracy and responsiveness. It works alongside the Nordic 52840 controller to deliver precise input handling. Together, these components enable the mouse to support an 8KHz polling rate in both wired and 2.4GHz wireless modes, ensuring a faster data transmission rate and improved responsiveness for professional-level play.
Thunderobot also uses PTFE Teflon foot pads on the base of the MLX. These pads allow the mouse to glide smoothly across different surfaces, offering stable control for users who rely on consistent and predictable motion in high-pressure gaming scenarios.
The mouse will be available in two color options—blue and pink—appealing to users who prefer a more customized setup. With its lightweight form factor, advanced components, and comfortable ergonomic design, the MLX appears to cater to both casual gamers and esports enthusiasts looking for reliable performance in a compact build.
Although Thunderobot has confirmed the product’s specifications, details regarding pricing and international availability have not yet been revealed. The company is expected to introduce the MLX gaming mouse in selected markets through its online and retail platforms in the coming weeks.
The Thunderobot MLX reflects the brand’s continued focus on precision engineering and user comfort, expanding its range of gaming accessories with an emphasis on control, speed, and lasting usability.
