AOOSTAR Launches MACO CNC Aluminum Alloy Mini PC with AMD Ryzen Options Starting at $275
AOOSTAR has officially released the MACO series Mini PCs, featuring a CNC-machined aluminum alloy enclosure designed for durability and heat efficiency. The compact system offers users a choice between AMD’s Ryzen 7 H 255 and Ryzen 7 PRO 8845HS processors, catering to both performance-driven workloads and everyday computing needs.

Measuring 130 × 150 × 55 mm, the MACO Mini PC integrates a bottom-ventilated vapor chamber (VC) heat sink paired with a single turbo fan for cooling. The left and right panels remain solid, enhancing the streamlined appearance while directing airflow through the base. Inside, the unit supports two DDR5 SODIMM slots for memory expansion and two M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0×4 slots for storage. Connectivity includes dual Intel I226-V 2.5GbE LAN ports and built-in Wi-Fi 6 in all configurations.
Pricing and Configurations
Ryzen 7 H 255
l Barebone (Wi-Fi 6 included): 1,999 yuan (~$275)
l 32GB DDR5 + 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD: 3,099 yuan (~$426)
Ryzen 7 PRO 8845HS
l Barebone (Wi-Fi 6 included): 2,299 yuan (~$316)
l 32GB DDR5 + 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD: 3,399 yuan (~$467)
I/O Connectivity
l Top: Power button with fingerprint reader supporting Windows Hello
l Front: 1× 3.5mm headphone jack, 2× USB-A (10Gbps), 1× USB-C (40Gbps, full function)
l Back: 1× DC power input, 1× USB-C (40Gbps, full function), 2× RJ45 2.5GbE, 1× DisplayPort 1.4, 1× HDMI 2.1, 2× USB-A (480Mbps)
l Left: 1× OCuLink 4i interface (PCIe 4.0×4) with dust cover

The inclusion of the OCuLink 4i interface allows for direct PCIe connectivity, enabling external GPU or storage expansion without performance bottlenecks. The 40Gbps USB-C ports further enhance flexibility for docking stations and high-speed peripherals.
With a combination of aluminum construction, modern AMD processors, multiple storage slots, and extensive I/O options, the AOOSTAR MACO series is positioned for professional use, content creation, and compact desktop setups. The system will be available in multiple configurations, with initial shipments set to begin in select regions later this month.
