MCHOSE Launches Ace 68 Turbo Keyboard With 16kHz Polling Rate
MCHOSE has announced the Ace 68 Turbo, a wired Hall effect magnetic switch keyboard that achieves a 16kHz polling rate in its Mount Tai Magnetic Switch GT version. This development marks a new benchmark for input responsiveness in wired gaming peripherals.

The polling rate determines how often a device communicates its input signal to the computer. A higher polling rate shortens the interval between a keypress and the system response, which can benefit users in competitive gaming scenarios where accurate timing is essential. While most high-end gaming keyboards and mice currently reach up to 8kHz through USB or 2.4GHz connections, the Ace 68 Turbo doubles this figure through its wired interface.
The keyboard uses a compact 68-key layout built with an all-aluminum grille design. It includes a rear ARGB rhythmic light box operating at a 256kHz scan rate, providing consistent lighting effects. The structure incorporates an aluminum alloy positioning plate and a five-layer internal filling system, designed to reduce vibration and deliver a firm key feel. The bottom of the board also includes backlighting that complements its metallic frame.

The Mount Tai Magnetic Switch GT version features a dual-core processor and a four-layer PCB. It supports Rapid Trigger functionality with an actuation precision of 0.001mm and latency measured at 0.06 milliseconds. The included data cable supports 16kHz signal transmission, maintaining stability during high-speed input sequences.
MCHOSE also introduced the Polaris Magnetic Axis version of the Ace 68 Turbo. This variant offers an 8kHz polling rate and uses a dual-layer PCB, with latency rated at 0.08 milliseconds.
Priced from $79 at launch, the Ace 68 Turbo aims to deliver reliable performance with an emphasis on durability and consistency. Its combination of high polling rate capability, magnetic switch technology, and solid construction positions it as a suitable option for gamers and professionals seeking enhanced input accuracy.
