SEAVIV Launches AideaStation R1 Mini Workstation with AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395
SEAVIV has officially launched the AideaStation R1, a compact workstation designed for professional use in creative studios, research facilities, and educational institutions. The system is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, delivering high-performance computing in a small form factor that caters to a range of demanding workloads.
The AideaStation R1 integrates SEAVIV’s built-in assistant, supporting features such as real-time meeting transcription, intelligent local search, and network-based search functions. These tools are designed to improve productivity across various professional and research-oriented tasks, providing users with an accessible way to manage information and resources.
From a hardware perspective, the mini workstation incorporates a dual-fan, triple-heat pipe cooling solution that allows the processor to sustain performance under continuous loads. The device is equipped with 128GB of LPDDR5x-8000 memory and a 2TB solid-state drive, ensuring both capacity and speed for data-intensive projects. Within Windows, up to 96GB of the system memory can be allocated as GPU video memory, further enhancing performance in specialized applications. For expansion, the system includes a free PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot, allowing users to add additional storage when required.
Connectivity is another key aspect of the AideaStation R1. The device supports Wi-Fi 7 for high-speed wireless networking and comes with a range of input and output options. These include an SD 4.0 card reader, two USB4 Type-C ports capable of 40Gbps transfer rates, three USB-A 10Gbps ports, two USB-A 480Mbps ports, one RJ45 Ethernet port, one HDMI 2.1 connector, one DisplayPort 1.4, and front and rear dual audio jacks.
With its combination of processing power, modern connectivity, and built-in assistant functions, the AideaStation R1 is positioned as a versatile solution for professionals and institutions seeking a compact yet capable workstation. Its hardware specifications, cooling system, and expandability make it suitable for workloads ranging from content creation to research and development tasks.
