MCHOSE Prepares to Launch G87 TKL Keyboard with Impressive Features

MCHOSE has revealed plans to release the G87, a tenkeyless (TKL) mechanical keyboard designed to provide advanced functionality at an accessible price point. The upcoming keyboard is packed with features that cater to both enthusiasts and casual users, offering a robust set of options for customization, comfort, and performance.

Compact Layout and Custom Knob Design

The G87 adopts an 87-key layout, a popular TKL design that removes the number pad for a more compact and ergonomic form factor. This layout is complemented by a customizable knob, offering additional functionality for tasks like volume control, application shortcuts, or media playback.

"HiFi Mahjong Sound" Switches and Keycap Design

The keyboard features MCHOSE's signature "HiFi Mahjong Sound" switches, promising a precise and satisfying typing experience. Additionally, the G87 is equipped with side-engraved keycaps, which not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also ensure durability and resistance to wear.

Long Battery Life with Advanced Technology

Powering the G87 is a substantial 10,000mAh built-in battery. With the integration of NTC temperature control technology, the keyboard achieves a maximum battery life of up to 111 days under optimal conditions. This makes it an excellent option for those who prioritize longevity and reliability in wireless devices.

Potential Features Inspired by the G75 Series

While MCHOSE has not officially disclosed further details about the G87, comparisons can be drawn to the previously released G75 series. The G75 featured a gasket-mounted structure, five layers of sound-dampening material, a slotted PC positioning plate, and a 1.2mm single-key slotted PCB. These design elements contributed to a premium typing experience with reduced noise and improved keystroke consistency.

The G87 is expected to offer similar build quality and structural enhancements. Users may also anticipate a selection of switch options, including blue switches, burgundy switches, cabbage tofu switches V2, and matcha latte switches V2, ensuring compatibility with diverse typing preferences.

Market Positioning and Release Timeline

Based on MCHOSE's emphasis on affordability and feature-rich design, the G87 is likely to target consumers seeking high-performance mechanical keyboards without the premium price tag. The company has yet to announce an official release date or pricing details, but the market anticipates it will closely align with the accessible positioning of the G75 series.

As more information becomes available, the G87 promises to be an exciting addition to MCHOSE's lineup, offering a compelling combination of performance, customization, and value.
