ASUS Launches ROG NUC Mini PC with Intel 1st Gen Core Ultra Processor and RTX 40 GPUs at CES 2024
In a highly anticipated announcement at CES 2024, ASUS officially introduced its first Republic of Gamers (ROG) NUC Mini PC. This compact powerhouse marks ASUS's entry into the NUC (Next Unit of Computing) market and is set to redefine gaming and computing experiences with its cutting-edge features.

The ROG NUC boasts an angular overall design, giving it a distinctive and aggressive appearance. ASUS has incorporated the iconic ROG RGB logo onto the body, ensuring that the device is not only powerful but also highly recognizable. The compact form factor of the NUC, with a body volume of 2.5L, allows it to be placed either horizontally or vertically, providing flexibility in setup options for users.

One notable feature of the ROG NUC is its user-friendly design. The top cover of the body adopts a quick-release design, allowing for easy disassembly without the need for a screwdriver. This thoughtful design element enhances accessibility for users looking to customize or upgrade components.
Under the hood, users can choose between the Core Ultra 9 or Core Ultra 7 processors, with the top-tier variant featuring a Core Ultra 9 185H processor. Paired with powerful RTX 4060 or RTX 4070 graphics cards, the ROG NUC ensures a seamless gaming and computing experience. The system comes equipped with dual-channel DDR5 memory, boasting a speedy 5600MT/s and a maximum capacity of 128GB.

ASUS claims to have incorporated a high-performance cooling system into the ROG NUC, although specific details on its specifications are yet to be disclosed. The CPU performance is stated to reach up to 65W, while the GPU can handle a maximum power consumption of 140W, ensuring optimal performance without compromising on thermal efficiency.
In terms of expansion and connectivity, the ROG NUC features multiple USB Type-A and Type-C interfaces, providing users with a range of options for peripherals. The inclusion of Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 ensures that the NUC remains at the forefront of wireless connectivity technology. Additionally, the device supports a four-way 4K display setup, catering to users with demanding visual requirements.
Despite the unveiling at CES 2024, specific details regarding the ROG NUC's configuration specifications, launch date, and pricing remain undisclosed. ASUS enthusiasts and tech enthusiasts alike eagerly await further information, anticipating that the ROG NUC will set a new standard for compact gaming PCs.
