MINISFORUM Unveils UM750L Slim Mini PC Featuring AMD Ryzen 5 7545U and 0.8L Compact Design
MINISFORUM has officially introduced the UM750L, a compact mini PC that brings a balance of performance and thermal efficiency within a highly space-conscious 0.8-liter chassis. The system is based on AMD’s Ryzen 5 7545U processor, targeting users who need a compact computing solution without compromising core functionality.
The Ryzen 5 7545U at the heart of the UM750L features a hybrid 6-core, 12-thread architecture. This setup includes two high-performance Zen 4 cores alongside four efficiency-focused Zen 4c cores. Integrated graphics come in the form of a 4 Compute Unit (CU) Radeon GPU clocked at 2.8GHz, which handles general multimedia and basic graphical workloads. The processor operates at a default power envelope of 35W, suitable for sustained performance in small form factor systems.

Memory-wise, the mini PC comes pre-installed with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM operating at 6400MT/s. The memory is soldered onto the board, which helps reduce the overall thickness of the unit but limits upgrade options. Storage expandability is more flexible—users have access to two M.2 2280 SSD slots. The primary slot runs at PCIe 4.0 x4 speed, while the second is PCIe 4.0 x2. The system supports up to 4TB of SSD storage in total.
To keep thermals in check within the small enclosure, the UM750L adopts a phase change cooling material (PCM) along with an active cooling solution for the CPU, memory, and storage. This dual-layer cooling setup is designed to deliver lower operating temperatures, reportedly reducing thermal levels by up to 25% compared to traditional single-fan configurations. Full-load noise is kept below 35dB, making it suitable for quiet work environments or home use.
On the connectivity front, the UM750L offers a comprehensive selection of ports. The front panel includes two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports for easy access. A full-featured USB4 port provides 40Gbps data transfer, support for external GPUs, and video output capabilities. Display output is supported via HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4, allowing for multi-monitor setups. The rear of the unit houses dual USB-A ports, a 2.5Gb Ethernet jack for high-speed wired networking, and antenna support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
With its compact design, capable processor, efficient cooling, and well-rounded connectivity, the MINISFORUM UM750L is positioned as a practical choice for users seeking a modern mini PC solution for office, home, or media center applications. Availability and pricing details are expected to follow soon through MINISFORUM's official channels.
