GAMESIR has expanded its Xbox G7 Pro lineup with the introduction of two new colorways, Midnight Black and Arctic White. These new editions provide players with more design choices while keeping the same set of advanced features that have made the G7 Pro a competitive option in the gaming accessory market. Pre-orders for the new models are now live.

The Xbox G7 Pro was first released on June 18, 2025, as an officially licensed Microsoft controller. At launch, the controller carried a standard retail price of 499 yuan (around $69 USD), with an introductory offer of 469 yuan (around $65 USD) in China. The new Midnight Black and Arctic White versions are expected to arrive in global markets at a similar price range, making them a mid-tier choice for both casual and competitive players.

Design and Build

The controller follows the traditional Xbox button layout, designed for familiarity and comfort. It features a three-position removable cover, ergonomic rubberized grips, and four customizable expansion buttons that allow players to adapt the controller to their preferred setup. These additions aim to enhance control and durability across long gaming sessions.

Technical Features

The G7 Pro introduces several hardware innovations, most notably the TMR magnetic variable resistance joystick, which improves input accuracy and reduces long-term wear compared to standard joysticks. The controller also integrates PC somatosensory mapping technology, enhancing motion sensing for compatible titles.

Other specifications include:

Tri-mode connectivity: USB-C wired, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth 5.3

Custom TMR magnetic resistance joysticks

Dual-touch triggers for precise response

One-touch switch between Hall effect linear and micro switches

1kHz polling rate for wired and wireless connections

Pricing and Availability

Both Midnight Black and Arctic White models are priced in the $65–70 USD range, keeping them competitive with other officially licensed Xbox controllers. Pre-orders have started, with shipping expected in the coming weeks. The controllers will be available through online retailers and select distributors worldwide.
