Alldocube iPlay 50 Pro Comes with MediaTek Helio G99 and will be Released on Dec 8th
The Alldocube iPlay 50 Pro has just been released in China. Successor to a series that is highly appreciated by those looking for a tablet with good value for money without special claims, this time it tried to go a step further! In the Alldocube iPlay 50 Pro we find a MediaTek Helio G99, the same chipset present in the Redmi Pad. Alldocube confirmed today that the iPlay 50 Pro will be officially released on December 8th and the starting price is $130.

Alldocube iPlay 50 Pro is positioned as an entry-level performance tablet, with a straight frame and four-sided widescreen design, 8.44mm thick, 466g in weight , and a segmented metal body design. In terms of configuration, the iPlay 50 Pro equipped with 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage, built-in 6000mAh battery, and supports 18W MTK PE2.0 charging. The new processor is MediaTek Helio G99, which can also be seen in the Redmi Pad and Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Plus 2023 tablets, an eight-core solution (2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) at 6nm. Along with it we find a Mali-G57 GPU with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage.

The display, however, is a 10.4″ IPS LCD with a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels. It has an 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, MicroSD card slot, 3.5mm headphone jack and dual stereo speakers. Connectivity options include dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, LTE (with voice dialing) and USB Type-C. The tablet is also powered by a 6,000mAh battery and supports 10W wired charging. Last but not least, it is 8.4 mm thick and weighs 466 grams.
The Alldocube iPlay 50 Pro was launched in China in three variants: Standard, Educational Edition and Elderly Edition. Each has different software customizations but a common goal. The standard model costs about $130, while the other two versions cost about $160. All three editions will be available for pre-order from December 5th. Nothing is known about the global release yet, but we expect it to happen in the next few days.
