TOPFEEL Introduces G1 and G1 PRO OCuLink GPU Docks for Mini PCs
TOPFEEL has announced the launch of its new GPU expansion docks, the G1 and G1 PRO, designed to extend the graphics performance of Mini PCs and compact desktop systems. Both models are built around the PCIe 4.0 x4 OCuLink interface, providing a stable and efficient connection for external graphics cards. The G1 is priced at 599 yuan (approximately $82 USD), while the G1 PRO will retail for 799 yuan (around $109 USD). Both variants are now available in China.
The TOPFEEL G1 series targets users who require desktop-level GPU performance in smaller computing setups such as Mini PCs, office systems, and compact workstations. By utilizing the OCuLink interface, these docks offer higher bandwidth and reduced latency compared to Thunderbolt-based GPU enclosures. The design focuses on maintaining reliable data transfer speeds and consistent power delivery, suitable for gaming, design, and content creation workloads.
Both models feature an all-aluminum alloy chassis, giving them improved structural rigidity and thermal management. The open-frame G1 variant supports ATX power supplies, allowing flexibility in power configurations, though TOPFEEL recommends using an SFX power unit for neater cable routing. This open design is ideal for users who prefer accessible layouts for component swaps and airflow customization.
The G1 PRO, on the other hand, features an all-in-one enclosed structure and is compatible exclusively with SFX power supplies. It offers a more integrated approach by allowing a single power cable to handle both the GPU dock and the connected Mini PC. The built-in power distribution system can deliver up to 140W of power to the Mini PC, reducing cable clutter and simplifying setup. This makes the G1 PRO a suitable choice for users seeking a more contained and efficient solution.
TOPFEEL’s use of the PCIe 4.0 x4 OCuLink connection ensures improved signal stability and lower latency compared to typical Thunderbolt interfaces, making it a practical option for enthusiasts and professionals who prioritize performance and reliability. The adoption of OCuLink is also growing across newer Mini PC models, signaling broader support for this standard within compact computing environments.
With the launch of the G1 and G1 PRO, TOPFEEL expands its product lineup to meet the increasing demand for external GPU solutions that balance performance, size, and ease of integration. These docks provide an accessible way to upgrade graphical performance without moving to larger form factors, marking another step forward in modular and high-performance Mini PC ecosystems.
